Day 05 – Speed Writing, Smart Practice & Farewell to an Amazing Batch at Ivaskillshare’s Workshop!

As we wrapped up Day 05 of our free 10-day handwriting workshop at the Government School near Markaji High School, Warangal, emotions were high — a mix of pride, joy, and excitement for the future.

This batch — our Batch 01 of Class 6 students — turned out to be incredibly smart, curious, and quick learners. They didn’t just follow instructions — they absorbed every rule, asked questions, and genuinely wanted to improve.

Today, we focused on something most students struggle with:

⏱️ Speed Writing – Tips & Tricks for Neatness at Speed

In exams and school life, speed matters. But often, as students write faster, their letters shrink, spacing gets tight, and overall neatness disappears.

So today, we gave them practical and easy tricks to write faster while keeping the handwriting beautiful:

✅ Ivaskillshare Speed Writing Tips:

1. Practice with a Timer:

Set 5-10 minutes and try writing a paragraph neatly within that time.

2. Write Full Words, Not Letters:

Think of whole words as shapes — this helps you write smoothly instead of pausing after every letter.

3. Use Line Guides or Margin Boxes:

Keep your writing inside an imaginary box to control letter height.

4. Keep Your Wrist Relaxed:

Tension slows you down and ruins curves. A loose wrist = better flow.

5. Consistent Letter Patterns:

Practice similar letter shapes together (like c, o, e, a) to build muscle memory.

6. Avoid Lifting the Pen Too Often:

Connecting letters (especially in cursive or semi-cursive) saves time.

These tips are small — but powerful. And our students practiced them with excitement today, noticing a difference in just one hour!
